Tested by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, London to IPX8 = 100% waterproof to at least 5m/15ft for at least 1 hour The soft case is made of TPU (a high-tensile thermoplastic elastomer). It is UV-stabilized so it won't go yellow because of exposure to sunlight.
